Cost of Fuel and traveling around the city

Before this month, I justified my riding and bike purchase with health and fitness.

Cost is now a factor.

I’ve put a deposit down on a new Brompton folding bike with the expectation that I’m adding GO Trains and TTC subway cars as well as reducing the likelihood of there not being any more room on bus bike racks. There was some twinge of guilt for spending money on another new bike but after laying these numbers out, it’s much less.
